Before you enter the code
Keep the voucher message and your order reference together. Identify the test named in the offer, the country where you intend to take it and its expiry conditions. If any detail is unclear, resolve it with the supplying seller before selecting a date. A code for another test is not a substitute for the product your institution requires.
Use your own account and a private device where possible. Open the official provider website directly. Do not paste a voucher into a public social-media thread or a general search engine: the code is a payment credential, not a search term.
Follow the booking journey
Choose the right test and available appointment
Read the exact test label and location before continuing. An available slot is not necessarily a confirmed reservation while you are still in checkout.
Apply your eligible voucher
Use the voucher or payment-code field shown in the official booking flow. Screen labels can change; follow the current prompts rather than an old screenshot.
Read the updated payment summary
Check the test and any remaining amount. Do not treat an unexpected balance as normal until you understand what the code covers.
Finish the booking and keep the confirmation
Check the provider account for the appointment details. Keep the payment record and appointment confirmation separately so either can be found quickly.
If checkout still shows a balance
First distinguish the original test fee from the revised amount after applying the code. If the code has not been accepted, the screen may still show the original fee. If it has been accepted, check whether your purchased product covers the full test fee or only part of it.
Do not make a second payment simply to clear the screen. Save a redacted description of the message, check the product terms and ask the seller to explain the coverage. Our comparison tool can help compare known amounts, but it cannot verify a voucher or see the provider’s checkout.
How to recognise a completed appointment
Use the provider’s account and confirmation as your record of the booked test, date, time and location. A seller’s payment receipt records a purchase from that seller; it does not by itself establish that the exam appointment exists.
Check the email address associated with your account and its spam folder if you cannot find a message. Review the provider dashboard before making a duplicate booking. If the account and email disagree, use provider support to clarify the appointment status.
If the code is rejected
Stop and work through the voucher troubleshooting guide. It separates code-entry checks, eligibility and expiry questions, and account issues so you can contact the right party with useful information.
Common questions
Can I redeem a voucher on Book Exam Online?
Redemption happens in the provider’s booking flow. This website explains the process and does not collect voucher codes.
Does applying a code finish the booking?
Do not assume so. Complete the provider’s remaining steps and check the appointment confirmation.
